How long until I receive my order?
Orders are typically produced in 1-3 business days and then shipped via USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority Mail depending on total order weight. USPS transit times vary from 1-4 days depending on the order's destination. I need to cancel my order!
Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours after being placed. After 12 hours we may be able to cancel your order but cancellation is not guaranteed. Please reach out to email@example.com with questions.
I no longer need my shirts can I get a refund?
Unfortunately due the custom nature of our product orders that have been completed cannot be cancelled or refunded. We can't do anything with shirts or fleece printed with your custom design.
My shirt arrived rip or torn. Can I get a replacement?
If we sent out a damaged shirt we will send a replacement 100% free! Damage due to user mistakes (washing, wearing, etc.) are considered wear and tear and do not warrant a free replacement.
My design is pixelated or has a background!
We print designs exactly as we receive them. Our printers print at 1200 dpi and are capable of printing extremely fine details. If your design is pixelated, has a background, or any other art defect it was sent to us that way! Reading the Printing Guidelines available on each product page will help reduce or eliminate these issues.
Why can't you clean up or fix my art?
Our in-house graphic design team focus solely on production art (creating print files) and doesn't have time to "fix" artwork. There are plenty of graphic designers on sites like Fivver that will gladly help you out.
